Triathlon Coach

Custom Coaching

Your Cycling or Triathlon coach provides custom training plans through Training Peaks written specifically for you.  These are Triathlon and Cycling plans written based on your strengths, weaknesses, and more importantly the time you have available to train.

Experienced Coach

Work with a Triathlon coach who understands the demands of your lifestyle, your goals and current ability level.  Whether you are new to Triathlon or you are chasing World Championship qualifications.

There is no one size fits all.  So we provide Plan options for a range of budgets and athlete needs.

Strength Training

Strength training is key to Endurance sports.  We offer Strength Training Plans for Endurance Athletes, or download the Endurance Fit App for Periodized Strength Training for Endurance Athletes.  Coached athletes will have strength training workouts included and free access to Endurance Fit App. Strength Training for Triathletes, Runners & Cyclists.


Chose the plan for your Triathlon needs based on the amount of communication and workout feedback and analysis you need.  Your coach will analyze your workouts to ensure you are gaining fitness without going into over training.  While also providing feedback on how to improve and how your fitness is progressing.

If you are swimming, biking or running your first miles or a seasoned competitor trying to break PR’s you need a customized plan that works for your lifestyle.  We’re not robots, and don’t have the time to train like the pro’s so let me make the most of the time you have available.

First Triathlon

I know first hand how intimidating it can be getting into triathlon, especially with little or no background in sport.  Let me guide you through all of the barriers of getting started and show you how no matter what your current fitness level or time restrictions triathlon is within your reach. Its an unbelievable feeling crossing that first finish line, we can get you there.

New PRs

So you want to go faster, further? Beauty, lets get it done.  After evaluating your current strengths and weaknesses and previous race results I will create a periodized plan to take your racing and training to new levels while working within the time you have available.  Its no use putting together a 20 hour a week plan if you can only fit in 10.  Lets make the most of the time you have available and make sure you are getting the most out of your training to reach new PR's.
